Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms offered a spacious and comfortable stay with a lovely view overlooking the street and a massive double bed, but we had to endure an unbearable banging and shaking noise from construction works just below us. The service was excellent with a friendly and helpful staff going beyond expectations in these changing times. The location was superb, central to all the attractions in Porto but could get a bit crowded. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not the best, with a cramp room and limited options available.
